For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams in pathology and laboratory medicine, where every detail matters. In healthcare, there is no room for cutting corners. Success depends on consistency, accountability, clear communication, and taking pride in doing the job right every single day.

Throughout my career, I learned that the environment people work in has a direct impact on their confidence, productivity, and the impression they leave on others.
